Ms. Khulood ALMohamed
is a prominent Emirati leader in the field of People of Determination. She currently serves as Director of the Care and Rehabilitation Centers Department at Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination.
With over twenty years of professional experience in special education, rehabilitation, therapy, and educational administration, she has played a pivotal role in advancing services and programs in alignment with international best practices, in support of the United Arab Emirates’ strategy to empower People of Determination and enhance their social inclusion.
She began her professional journey within the organization in 2003 and progressed through several leadership roles, where she now oversees an integrated network of care, rehabilitation, and educational centers and services.
Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards and recognitions. Under her leadership, Care and Rehabilitation Centers have achieved distinguished accomplishments, including repeated recognition through the Khalifa Award for Education in the category of People of Determination, the Latifa Award for Childhood Creativity, and the Aoun Award for Community Service.
She is recognized for her strategic vision centered on innovation in inclusive education, digital transformation of services, strengthening institutional partnerships, and enhancing the competencies of educational and rehabilitation professionals. Her efforts also focus on improving the quality of life for People of Determination and their families, in alignment with the vision of the UAE leadership and the nation’s aspiration for global excellence in humanitarian services.
